Melbourne, Australia – 23 July, 2026 - Synnex Group has achieved four Microsoft Specializations - Azure Migrate and Modernize, Cloud Security, Threat Protection, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, further strengthening its Microsoft practice and reinforcing its commitment to helping partners capitalise on opportunities across cloud, cybersecurity and AI.

The specializations recognise Synnex's demonstrated technical capability, customer success and proven expertise across three of Microsoft's highest-growth solution areas. More importantly, they enable Synnex to provide partners with deeper technical enablement, solution design, migration expertise, security advisory and AI adoption services, helping them deliver greater value to customers and accelerate business growth.

For Synnex Australia and New Zealand, these capabilities further strengthen the local Microsoft practice, providing partners with access to deeper technical expertise, enablement programs and professional services to help accelerate customer adoption across cloud, security and AI solutions.

As organisations continue to invest in cloud transformation, cyber resilience and AI-powered productivity, partners are looking at ways to expand their capabilities without the significant investment required to build specialist practices in-house. Synnex's Microsoft practice enables partners to leverage its technical expertise, professional services, workshops and enablement programs to confidently pursue larger and more complex customer opportunities.

Arthur Gimisis, CEO of Synnex ANZ, said the achievement reflects the Group’s long-term investment in helping partners succeed in an evolving technology landscape.

"Achieving these Microsoft Specializations is more than recognition of our technical capabilities; it reflects our ongoing investment in the expertise, services and enablement that help our partners grow," said Gimisis.

"As cloud, security and AI continue to reshape the market, our role is to help partners navigate that change with confidence, unlock new opportunities and deliver better outcomes for their customers. These specializations further strengthen our ability to support partners at every stage of their Microsoft journey and reinforce Synnex ANZ's position as a trusted strategic advisor for partners across Australia and New Zealand."

Deniz Kilicci, Product Director at Synnex Australia, said the expanded capabilities provide partners with access to specialist expertise that may otherwise be difficult to build internally.

"Many partners across ANZ do not have the resources to establish specialist cloud, security or AI practices in-house. We have made that investment so they do not have to," said Kilicci.

"By leveraging our expertise, Microsoft programs and partner enablement capabilities, partners can confidently pursue opportunities they may not otherwise be able to deliver. Our role is to remove complexity, accelerate customer outcomes and help partners win new business with confidence. That is where Synnex delivers real value."

Beyond technical expertise, the specializations strengthen Synnex ANZ’s ability to help partners access Microsoft investment programs and funding opportunities. By guiding partners through funding eligibility, business case development and Microsoft engagement programs, Synnex helps reduce barriers to customer projects while unlocking new growth opportunities.

Synnex Australia has also packaged its specialist capabilities into repeatable service offerings that partners can take to market, enabling them to move beyond product sales and deliver higher-value cloud, security and AI services that create long-term customer value.
