Melbourne, Australia, 2 April 2026 - Synnex Australia today announced an expanded partnership within the HP Inc. ecosystem, adding Poly’s collaboration portfolio to its solutions offering. The appointment marks a strategic step in strengthening Synnex’s video collaboration (VC) capabilities, enabling partners to deliver more integrated, end-to-end workplace solutions across Australia.
As part of the agreement, Synnex Australia will offer the full range of Poly audio, video, and voice solutions, alongside supporting software and services. The expanded portfolio includes professional headsets, voice solutions, and video conferencing systems such as video bars, cameras, and room solutions, supporting the growing demand for hybrid work across enterprise, education, and government sectors.
Arthur Gimisis, CEO of Synnex ANZ, said the partnership reflects Synnex’s continued investment in expanding its solutions capability.
“This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver end-to-end video collaboration solutions for the modern workplace. By bringing Poly into our portfolio, we are not only expanding our offering, but enabling our partners to access a more integrated ecosystem of devices, collaboration tools, and services.”
“Combined with our existing infrastructure, services, and partner ecosystem, this enables a more scalable and integrated approach for partners to deliver better outcomes for their customers.”
The partnership also expands HP’s Australian distribution network for Poly, increasing the portfolio’s availability and reach across the channel. By bringing Synnex into the ecosystem, HP aims to activate new partner segments and drive broader adoption across SMB and enterprise markets.
For partners, the collaboration delivers a more integrated offering across both compute and collaboration through a single, trusted partner. This enables stronger solution bundling, streamlined procurement, and greater flexibility in meeting customer needs, while creating new opportunities to attach collaboration solutions alongside HP devices.
Synnex supports this through its broader solutions ecosystem, including pre-sales expertise, enablement programs, and go-to-market support, helping partners accelerate deployment and deliver consistent, scalable outcomes.
Armen Eskandari, HP Business Unit Manager at Synnex Australia, said the partnership represents a natural evolution of Synnex’s HP offering.
“This is a natural step forward for our HP business. It strengthens our position within the HP ecosystem and allows us to better support partners with a complete, end-to-end solution.”
“We’re focused on building Poly for long-term success with strong partner enablement, and a clear, sustainable growth strategy,” he added.
Chris Hewlett, Director of Commercial Channel for HP Inc Australia, said “As customers rethink how and where work gets done, partners need an integrated portfolio that brings devices and collaboration together in a simple, scalable way. Adding Synnex to our Poly distribution network strengthens our One HP ecosystem in Australia and helps partners create more consistent, secure collaboration experiences; from the desk to the meeting room.
We’re excited to work with Synnex to enable the channel and support customers on their Future of Work journey.”
The Poly portfolio will be available through Synnex Australia from 2 April 2026.
The announcement marks another milestone in Synnex Australia’s commitment to evolving its capabilities and supporting partners as they navigate increasingly complex customer environments.
